So far it looks great, though I am an AMD guy myself.

The only thing I noticed hat I would give my input on is the need for a sound card when the board has a 7.1 setup already. I have really yet to see anyone fully utilize a 7.1 or even 6.1 on a computer. I have a 5.1 on mine and it's perfect. I think trying to put speakers behind you and above you is crazy when dealing with computers.

In any case, I see it as save the $50-$70 for the sound card and invest that money into an even better graphics card. With the extra cash and maybe a hundred or so more you could up yourself to any of these cards.

(Base card est. $200.00 +/-)
BFG 7900 GT OC 256mb ($240.00)
BFG 7900 GT OC 512mb ($275.00)
BFG 7900 GTX OC 512mb ($475.00) <-- Not sure why so high?
BFG 7950 GT OC 512mb ($325.00)
BFG 7950 GX2 OC 1 GB ($480.00 )
BFG 8800 GTS OC 640mb ($470.00)
BFG 8800 GTX OC 768mb ($600.00)

Let's face it, sound cards either intigrated or seperate are all just about the same unless you have some $1,000 speakers to go with them. Add to it if your using headphones it's not gonna really make a difference. Graphics on the other hand is a huge difference. I see it that if your gonna spend $200 on a card why not add a little more to that and get a card that's gonna handle everything and last for a long long time. And if you have a credit card with special interest promotions it makes it easier to afford. Example, credit card #1 has a special promotion for 3% for 12 months on balance transfers. The card you want is $600 and you were going to spend $200 already. Sacrifice the audio and add $$70 to your $200. You now have $270. The difference for the best card is $330. Your credit card charges $30 for the balance transfer. So you would be financing $360. Over 12 months you would pay $30.50 each month. I even claculated a 9% card, it would still only be $32 a month. Pretty sweet idea if you ask me (thats what I will be doing when I get my 7950 GX2 or 8800 GTX). Now, do you think your going to need a new card after 12 months??? I doubt it. Plus, BFG cards have a lifetime warranty so you don't need to sweat it crapping out on you. And if you have a Fry's store near you and buy it there, you can simply return it and they will handle the warranty without having to deal with the manufacturer and waiting for your replacment.

Heck, if you need help financing that thing Ghillie give me a call.

I'll help you build a monster for pennies or not hit to your pocket book!

Just my 2 cents!
